Shopping Basics
What does the Poster option mean?
The Poster/No frame option is when the art will come rolled in our tubes allowing you to frame them locally. They will NOT be ready to hang
Please Note - The
art when rolled will come with 1.5 inches extra space all around
allowing you to frame for gallery wrap
What does Canvas mean?
Canvas refers to a method of stretching a canvas print so that the artwork wraps around the sides of the wooden frame, creating a seamless and continuous image from the front to the sides of the canvas.
What does Framed Canvas mean?
Framed Canvas" refers to artwork that is enclosed within a separate frame surrounding its outer edges, providing a distinct border and enhancing its presentation.
Is all the art on the website prints or paintings?
At present we only sell wall art prints, these would not be paintings rather a high quality print of the art created by our designers & artists.
Where are all your products manufactured?
We operate multiple production centers worldwide. Once your order is placed, we forward it to the production center closest to your location to ensure faster processing and delivery.
Payments
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Flarivibe accepts Most Payment Methods.
We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and ApplePay as payment methods.
How long will it takes before I receive my refund?
The Refund Delay is Out of Our Control.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card or PayPal account.
The process may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.
Can I place an order by Email or Phone?
For security purposes, we do not take orders by phone or email. If you are having trouble placing an order on our website, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@flairvibestudio.com or visit our website and chat with one of our agents.
The service is available 24/7, and we can help you through the purchasing process.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Flairvibe uses Renown Carriers to Deliver your Art.
We allow 24 hours for our customer to cancel their orders.
After this period, we process our customer orders within 3-4 business day(s). This includes printing, framing, stretching, packaging, and shipping.
Once those processes completed, we will forward your tracking number by email.
We ship almost everywhere around the world, and If you can select your country in the shipping address confirmation during checkout, it means that we can deliver to your place.
We ship by: DHL, Fedex, UPS
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times after the reception of your tracking number.

Note: In some circumstances, you may have to collect your package from the carrier office.

We ship directly from the manufacturers. We have multiple fulfillment centers around the globe.

Why there has been no update on my tracking?
We are here to assist you.
If it has been more than two days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact us at support@flairvibestudio.com for further assistance.
How much is the shipping?
Flairvibe offers competitive shipping fees.
Shipping is currently FREE to most countries for orders over 35$*.
We ship internationally! Shipping prices may vary based on size and location. You will see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout. Taxes and duties do not apply.
*Please Note: Our larger products are considered oversize by many carriers, and additional fees may incur
When will I receive my tracking number?
Flairvibe Needs to Manufacture your Canvases before Shipping.
We allow 24 hours for our customers to cancel their order.
After that 24 hours, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping. Which take 3-4 business days.
You will receive an email as soon as it ships with all tracking details.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What to do?
Providing a Good Shipping address is your Responsibility.
Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you realize that you have provided us with the wrong shipping information.
We allow 24 hours for the customers to cancel or exchange their order. During that period, Flairvibe can modify the address for you.
As per our Refund/Exchange policy, Once the order has shipped, it's considered sold, and it's the customer's responsibility to give a proper shipping address. Therefore, the best advice we can offer is to contact the carrier right away to ask if it's possible to modify the shipping address or to place a hold for you to pick it up at your convenience.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We are very sorry!
We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes addresses as most of our products are significant and cannot fit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Each art is made to order. What that means is only when an
order is placed do we start working on printing, framing and packaging it. Hence, because of this we do not accept cancellations of orders once it has gone into production.
But we do accept cancellations within 24 hours of you placing your order. Once the 24 hour window has passed, we cannot accept cancellations of the same.

Do you accept returns?
We allow 30 days after delivery to notify us of any issues. Whether it’s a manufacturing defect, damage, or dissatisfaction, our team is here to assist.
Can I exchange or return a product?
A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping.
If you have received a wrong/defective product then please contact us within 30 Days of you receiving the product.

- For the return to be authorized, the order should be in the same
condition as when you received it including the original packaging.
- When sending us communication about the return please include the below information
i) Subject Title - Return / exchange
ii) Reason for return
iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order.
iv) Please include any photo documentation with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.
- We will accept returns/exchanges only
if you have received the wrong product or if there is a defect in the quality of your product.
- Once you have returned the item back to us we will refund the money of the product you paid.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Why the colors of the canvas I received look different than the one from the website?
Actual colors may vary; every monitor or portable devices have different capabilities to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible.
Flairvibe cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device accurately portrays the actual color of the product you will receive.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@flairvibestudio.com with photos of the item(s) and photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
What is Flairvibes Refund/Return Policy?
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.
All arts are made to order. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers.
However, upon reception of your order, in those different cases:
- Damage during shipping: Please contact us immediately, and we will send you a replacement.
- Dissatisfaction or Size issues: Please contact us, and we will provide you with return instructions.
We allow 30 days after delivery to acknowledge us with an issue.
